Liz Sizer, LIMHP, PLADC, has been practicing mental health services since 2011. She began her work in Western Nebraska as the Youth Programs Director for Region 1 and provided mental health services for a variety of people that struggled with severe and persistent mental illness. She moved to Lincoln in 2014, and has been heavily focused on serving chronic trauma cases and clients that are involved in the DHHS system either through Child and Family Services or Probation.
She is trained in addressing issues of chronic trauma for children and families. Also, she offers Circle of Security parenting groups to assist in prevention and strengthen relationships between caregivers and children. Liz provides evaluations for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health as she works extensively with both.
Liz enjoys working with clients of all ages to create a safe place to explore all that may be hindering them from being the healthiest and most authentic version of themselves.
When not at the office, Liz loves spending time with her family and friends including her 4 nephews and 2 nieces, attending live theatre performances or concerts, practicing yoga, traveling, and serving in her local church community.
