LaTosha Jackson, LIMHP, CMSW has been practicing mental health and social work services since 2014 and working with youth and families since 2009. She utilizes a strengths-based approach to assist clients in finding their true selves and to build effective coping mechanisms. She specializes in dialectical behavior therapy to address thoughts of suicide and self-harm and working with clients experiencing trauma symptoms such as PTSD and complicated grief. LaTosha’s priority is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where the issues troubling clients can be explored and worked on together.
When not at the office, LaTosha loves spending time with her family and her dog Jenny, going to concerts and movies, playing games, and watching Husker football. She enjoys traveling, arts and crafts, reading, and photography.
